Who We Are
Ninth Ave Realty specializes in helping multifamily property owners and landlords lease their homes and apartments quickly. We handle the entire leasing process from end to end — including marketing, photography, pricing, answering services, and scheduling — so owners can rely on us to fill their vacancies efficiently and professionally.
We work with some of the most active landlords and property owners in Cincinnati, and our leasing agents are at the heart of delivering fast, high-quality results.
What You’ll Do
We handle all the lead generation — you simply pick up the lead, schedule a tour, show the unit, and follow up until the lease is signed.

Conduct apartment tours (average 25–35 minutes)

Follow up with prospects via phone, text, or email

Help guide renters through the leasing process

Maintain communication with our support team

Convert leads into signed leases
Commission per signed lease ranges from $350 to $500 or more. Top part-time agents are earning over $73,000 by their second year.
